Terms & Conditions

​

  • There is a $250 minimum order requirement.

  • All retainer fees are non-refundable.

  • This service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance otherwise no guarantee is made that we will be able to accept your bouquet.

  • Bouquets in southern Utah + Las Vegas may be delivered to our team if arranged ahead of time.  Local pick-up may be available. 

  • Bouquets outside of Southern Utah + Las Vegas must be overnighted and packaged according to instructions within 24 hours of the event date.

  • 'Impressive Petals Floral Preservation Studio' is not responsible for re-creating the bouquet if it is not in good condition when it arrives. This is available for an additional cost.

  • Our studio will work the best they can with the flowers that are provided in the condition that they arrive.

  • Customization is available for an additional fee. All preservation pieces are "artists interpretation."

  • Colors will naturally fade in the preservation process. This is to be expected. We do not currently offer color-correcting services but will do so at our discretion. 

  • All pieces are hand-made and slight imperfections are to be expected.

  • All pieces are "Artists Interpretation". If mock-up's are provided, 1 complimentary mock-up is included. Additional mock-ups will be billed at $35/each. 

  • Average turnaround time is approximately 4 months (sometimes longer for bouquets received during peak wedding months) 

  • Leftover flowers are not sent back. We try to use most of what we have and use the best flowers for your piece but do not send home remaining flowers to keep the integrity of the floral preservation pieces in tact.
